    Being a Vendor Member of RHAWA is a win/win situation because RHAWA members do business with our Vendor Members. When members call into our office or Resource Line, they are often looking for a referral. RHAWA staff only gives referrals to our Vendor Members, not someone out of our network.

    RHAWA’s Current is the premier rental housing industry newspaper in the State of Washington with a circulation of over 7,000 hard copies and 1,500 digital subscriptions. Your company will automatically be listed in two product or service categories of your choosing in each edition, plus a free business-card sized ad when you join or renew! Membership Rate

Dues are calculated by your company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units you own.

$315 flat rate:

  • Own less than 100 units and company’s AGI is less than $200,000


$425 flat rate:

  • Own less than 100 units and company’s AGI is more than $200,000

  • Own more than 100 units and company’s AGI is less than $200,000

  • Own more than 100 units and company’s AGI is more than $200,000
