The Rental Housing Association prides itself on having the most current up to date forms available to our members. Our forms are regularly reviewed, and undergo an annual review by a real estate attorney. RHA has forms to assist you throughout all stages of the rental process and they are tailored specifically to Washington State. When laws change, our forms change; access to RHA forms allows you to stay up to date with current industry standards. Using the proper forms makes all the difference!

Accessing RHAWA Rental Forms
Rental Forms Online Access
RHA's rental forms are available in the 'Members Only' section of our website. This access is available for the term of your membership. Forms are in a fillable, PDF format, which will let you present all of your rental documents in a professional manner.
All forms are in Adobe PDF format and require that you use the most recent copy of Adobe Reader.
RHA members may choose to purchase forms individually or in bulk as needed. You are welcome to stop by the office and purchase what you need, or request your order to be sent in the mail.
Sales tax as well as postage and handling fees will be applied. There is a minimum purchase requirement of $5.00 (before tax) on all mail orders.

The Rental Housing Association (RHA) provides forms that give the best protection for the landlord in the opinion of the attorneys who specialize in Tenant Landlord issues.
